Spotify have developed a new curated music section, gathering up to two full hours of the newest music. It’s similar to Discover Weekly, however instead of offering music from completely new artists, it includes new music from artists already in each user’s library, and is updated on Fridays. Nice one Spotify.
This seems like a nice idea, as it’s easy to miss the odd new release. Now users can stay on top of the latest music from all their favourite artists, which will be a real benefit to many of our clients.
Already looking forward to my personalised playlist for my drive home on Friday evening.
(Now just to pack and decide on my motorway snacks)
